Accept
that you're not good enough.
that people all have a reason for behaving in a certain manner.
that you're not always in control of your life.
that people don't always understand you.
that this list goes on if you want those negative thoughts to leave
(temporarily, until you've found the answer)
that you're not one of their most important people and
that there's nothing you can do about it,
except
to feel upset and disappointed
then get back up and realise there's really
nothing
you can
do about it.
